The goal of Peppermint Tulips Photography is to provide photos, photo art, and digitally matted photos that will make you smile when you see them. My galleries include conventional photos, as well as photo art, or photos converted into fine art. Also, I include many photos that are digitally matted. Digital matting provides double matting, with an inside liner and an outside mat. The colors are keyed to colors in the photo or in the photo art. Digital matting saves the time and expense of either matting photos yourselves, and stocking dozens of colors and tints of mats, or having them custom matted. I also include several galleries of group and family photos, which can be downloaded, copied, or used in other ways by viewers. Photos and photo products from these galleries can be ordered from Zenfolio at cost by clicking "Add to Cart"
I have just posted my first price and print list which includes many popular sizes and two kinds of paper: regular photo paper and metallic paper. You can read about these papers in the order cart. I received my first shipment of Zenfolio prints and I can say without reservation what an outstanding job their labs did, both in terms of efficiency, turnaround time, and also in terms of quality of prints. The metallic prints really catch your attention as the colors almost jump from the print. Ordering is easy and fun. Click on the photo or photos that interest you and then click on the upper left corner of the photo. You will see a menu that allows you to enlarge the image or click on the Add to Cart link on the upper right. You can then select size and paper and process your order.
The Zenfolio site efficiently makes it possible for you to see and approve any necessary crops so your selected image witll fit the size of print you want. You will be notified if the resolution is insufficient for your chosen size. You may then choose a different size or approve the crop. The cropping is usually very minimal and may not affect the appearance of the final print in a noticeable way.
The best way to view the pictures in a gallery is to click on the gallery, then click on slide show, which gives you an opportunity to see details, including the double mats on the matted photos, at a stunning level of clarity.
You can also view photos one at a time by clicking on the double bar pause button at the bottom of the screen.
